Tabizy Terms of Use
Effective date: October 3, 2026
Last updated: October 3, 2026
1. About these terms
Tabizy is operated by Wassim Zouhdi, based in Japan. Contact: wassim@tabizy.com. In these terms, “Tabizy”, “we” and “us” refer to that operator. “You” means the user or, where you are acting with authority for a business, that business.
These terms govern use of Tabizy's website, iOS application, booking-management and messaging features, and CoHost. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. Separate notices, agreements and permissions may apply to particular features. These terms do not replace any consent required for personal-data sharing or device permissions. We ask account users to accept the applicable version before continuing into the workspace and record that version and the time of acceptance. Permission to share data with AI is a separate, optional choice.
2. Eligibility and account access
The workspace-management service is intended for adults using it for professional activities. You must be at least 18 and have authority to manage the workspace and information you access. The iOS app may require an existing Tabizy account; account creation and some settings may be available only on the website.
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use the roles assigned to you. Do not share credentials or access another workspace without authorization. You are responsible for actions you authorize and for promptly reporting suspected account compromise.
Workspace owners are responsible for managing members and access to business information. Do not use Tabizy to bypass restrictions set by a workspace owner or a connected service.
3. What Tabizy provides
Tabizy provides tools for managing experiences, departures, reservations, guest communications and related operations. It is a software service; it is not the organizer or supplier of the experiences listed by an operator.
Experience operators remain responsible for their offers, prices, availability, safety, legal obligations, cancellations, refunds and communications with guests. A guest's booking contract is with the relevant operator unless the booking explicitly states otherwise. Using Tabizy does not transfer those responsibilities to us.
Features can differ between the website and the mobile app, and depend on workspace permissions, integrations and service availability.
4. TestFlight beta
If you use a beta version, it is provided for evaluation and feedback. It may contain errors, incomplete features, interruptions or changes, and we may modify or discontinue beta access. TestFlight builds can expire under Apple's distribution rules. Apple operates TestFlight under its own applicable terms.
Keep copies of important operational information and review beta actions before relying on them for business operations. Unless a feature explicitly identifies itself as a simulation, do not assume that a beta action is a test: messages, booking changes and supported transactions can affect actual recipients, connected accounts or records.
You can stop beta testing at any time. Removing the app or leaving TestFlight does not by itself delete a Tabizy account, disconnect services or cancel a separate paid arrangement.
5. CoHost and AI-assisted actions
CoHost is an AI assistant that can generate text, summarize information, transcribe audio and assist with supported workspace tasks. It uses third-party AI services as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review relevant details, especially names, dates, prices, availability, booking changes and communications, before relying on or authorizing an action. CoHost is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
Only provide information you are entitled to share. Do not submit passwords, payment-card security codes, unnecessary sensitive information or data you are prohibited from sending to the relevant service.
An assistant's proposed action is not the same as a completed action. Follow the confirmation requirements shown by the service and check the recorded outcome. Authorizing an action does not grant CoHost permission to perform unrelated actions. Technical failures or retries can affect completion; contact support if an outcome is unclear rather than assuming a payment, refund or booking change succeeded.
6. Your content and guest information
You retain the rights you hold in content you provide. You grant us permission to host, process, display and transmit it as needed to provide the features you request, maintain the service and meet applicable legal obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights and lawful basis to upload content, manage guest information, connect accounts and instruct communications. Inform affected people as required by applicable law. Do not upload material that infringes another person's rights or reveals information you are not authorized to share.
Publicly publishing an experience or business profile makes the information you choose to publish visible to its audience. Sending a message or attachment shares it with its intended recipients and the providers needed to deliver it.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Tabizy for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading activities;
- send spam, harass others or distribute unlawful or rights-infringing content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent an experience, booking or payment;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, guest information, systems or tokens;
- introduce malicious software, exploit vulnerabilities or disrupt the service;
- bypass access controls, rate limits, confirmation requirements or provider rules;
- use automated extraction or reverse engineering in violation of applicable law or the rights of Tabizy and its providers.
Report abuse, security issues or infringing content to wassim@tabizy.com, with enough information for us to investigate. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.
8. Integrations, payments and separate services
Connecting a third-party service requires the appropriate account permissions. That provider's terms and privacy policy continue to apply. We do not control its availability, API changes, approval decisions or independent account restrictions. Disconnecting Tabizy does not necessarily erase information already imported or sent through the provider.
Where payments are available, the selected payment provider processes them under its own applicable terms. Tabizy does not guarantee a transaction or refund before provider confirmation. Guest cancellation and refund rights depend on the booking's applicable terms and mandatory law.
Tabizy fees and billing
The applicable plan, price, currency, billing interval, trial conditions and any booking commission are presented in the purchase or billing flow before you agree to the paid arrangement. Payment-provider fees are separate. Automated bookings may incur a disclosed Tabizy commission; manual booking entries are exempt under the current commission model. Operators remain responsible for any applicable taxes and for guest-facing prices.
A recurring plan renews on the schedule you accepted until cancelled under that plan's conditions. You can manage the subscription through Plan & billing or contact us if you cannot access that option. Review the cancellation's effective date: cancellation does not erase fees already incurred, and accrued booking commissions may still be settled. Refund-related commission adjustments follow the recorded booking refunds; cancelling a booking alone does not prove that its payment was refunded.
Any entitlement to a refund of Tabizy fees follows the offer you accepted and mandatory law. Contact us to raise a billing error or refund request. Guest refunds remain separate and follow the experience operator's booking terms. Future fee changes will be disclosed with appropriate notice and any acceptance required by law; they do not retroactively change an accepted booking price.
These terms alone do not create a charge or authorize a new payment. We will not convert beta access into a new paid arrangement without the necessary notice and acceptance.
9. Software license and intellectual property
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Tabizy for its intended purposes while you have authorized access. Tabizy's software, branding and other material supplied by us remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party materials retain their respective ownership and license terms.
Any applicable Apple software-license or TestFlight distribution terms remain in effect. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including rights arising under a third-party or open-source license.
10. Availability, suspension and ending use
We aim to maintain a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, failures and third-party services. We may change features or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material violations of these terms. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue where appropriate and practicable.
You may stop using Tabizy or request account deletion. Available self-service deletion has eligibility requirements and can delete an owner's workspace and operational records. Review the confirmation carefully. Contact us where the self-service option is unavailable or workspace ownership needs resolving.
Deleting a Tabizy account does not itself delete independent provider accounts or cancel a guest's contractual rights. Retention and deletion of information are described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature need to continue, such as content rights, payment obligations already incurred and dispute handling, survive the end of access.
11. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, beta features are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free results or suitability for a particular business purpose. You should verify important records and AI-assisted output.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from an experience operator's own services, unauthorized instructions, third-party outages, or your failure to review an action before authorizing it. Any exclusion of indirect or consequential loss applies only where lawful.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights prevail over these terms.
12. Changes, applicable law and contact
We may update these terms as Tabizy changes. The published terms will show their update date. Material changes will be communicated with appropriate notice, and acceptance will be requested where required. Changes do not retroactively alter a guest's existing booking contract.
These terms are governed by Japanese law, without depriving you of mandatory protections under another applicable law. Contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern. Any unresolved dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law; these terms do not impose a fictional office location or waive a mandatory forum available to you.
